Delivery and Returns
Antique furniture does not travel like a parcel, so we quote every piece individually rather than pretending one rate fits all.

Worldwide Delivery Available, Please Ask For a Quote
Prices on this website cover the piece itself. Cost of delivery depends on size, weight, fragility, access at both ends and how far the piece has to travel, so we price each journey on its own.
You can ask for a quote before buying using the "Request a shipping quote" option on any product page. If you order first, shipping shows as £0.00 at checkout and we contact you afterwards to arrange delivery and confirm the cost. Nothing is charged for delivery until you have agreed the price.
How it works
- Tell us the delivery postcode or country, and anything we should know about access such as stairs, narrow doorways or parking restrictions.
- We come back with a price and an estimated timeframe from a carrier suited to the piece.
- Once you approve the quote we book the delivery and keep you updated with a delivery window.
- Larger pieces travel with specialist furniture carriers rather than standard couriers.
Collection
You are welcome to collect in person by arrangement. Get in touch after ordering and we will agree a time. You can reach us through the contact form on this website and we will reply within two working days.
Damage in transit
Please check your piece on arrival. If anything has been damaged in transit, tell us within 48 hours with photographs of the item and the packaging so we can put it right with the carrier.
Returns and change of mind
If you are a consumer buying online you normally have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you have changed your mind, and a further 14 days to return the piece. It should be returned in the condition it arrived in, and return carriage is at your cost unless the item was misdescribed or arrived damaged. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece is back with us.
Age-related wear, previous restoration and honest patina described in a listing are not faults, so please read the description and ask questions before ordering if you are unsure.
