HISTORY
I am selling my entire bike collection which comprises of 16 bikes, all luxury high end pieces, there are Colnagos, Cervelo’s, Lemon’s, Specialized, with Carbon Titanium or Columbus steel frames and some of the most expensive parts in the world, there are also some frames, again Titanium and Colnago, Bianchi etc, some wheels Zipp 303’s, Campaganolo Hyperion carbons etc, and then a few parts. I also have a NOS in the case Dura Ace 25th Anniversary groupset. These are all that is left over from my bike shop, I have kept them for years hanging around my furniture workshop as pieces of art and to remember the good old days, my new warehouse doesn’t have the same hanging space so these all need to go!
DESCRIPTION
A custom made cross country rocket, the frame alone retailed new for £3,450, the wheelset is deep section carbon, the forks very rare LAUF TR29 carbon, the seat post remote controlled height adjustable Rockshox, this is a very high spec bike that will never come up for sale again. Please note the bike comes with the tyres pictured which are brand new however they don’t work with this frame, I bought them for the colour as they matched the frame nicely but the rear clearance is to small, the bike is designed to use with smaller cross country tyres or road hybrid tyres which is what the bike had on it, a pair of continental gatorskin tyres, I will leave the current tyres on which are brand new, they cost £60-£70 so they can be sold on, I will also add in the original continentals which give the bike a much sleeker look
One of the coolest things on this bike is the seatpost, it has a handlebar mounted hydraulic remote control which adjusts the height of the seatpost as you go, the idea being if you have a steep drop or a jump coming up you can drop the seatpost quickly and not risk getting pushed off the bike by the saddle, the seatpost has a small amount of suspension to it as well so it irons out some of the road bumps for you
This bike was owned by a private collector who sadly passed away, he had a very rare Scott Spark 29nr full carbon cross country racer as well which is listed under my other items. Please note both bikes have some light marks to the frames here and there consistent with normal use
SPECIFICATION
FRAME FORKS & HEADSET:- Scott Spark full carbon with DT Swiss X313 carbon rear suspension, CaneCreek integrated, tapered hedset, Lauf Leverzone TR 29 carbon suspension forks, Hope anodized gold Q/R seatpost clamp. Frame size is a medium which has a seatpost of 17 inches centre to the middle of the seatpost clamp and 22.5 inch top tube centre to centre
WHEELSET:- Syncross Rp1.0 deep section carbon disc break wheelset with 12mm bolt through front axel, brand new Schwalbe Rapid Rob tyres (Which as mentioned don’t work on the rear because of the clearance) and the original pair of road tyres which are Continental GatroSkin 700x28c
GROUPSET:- Trvativ Sram XX Carbon chainset 28-42 ratio chain rings, 175mm crank arms, Sram XX bottom pull front mech, XT long cage rear mech, Shimano 11-34 ratio cassette, XT brakes and gear levers.
BARS STEM SADDLE & SEATPOST:- Syncross FL1.0 carbon downhill stem 80mm, Raceface Next SL carbon handlebars 64cm with Ergon GP1 grips, Selle Italia Gel Flow “Man” saddle with carbon patch, DMR pedals and lastly a remote controlled Rockshox height adjustable suspension seatpost
CONDITION PLEASE READ
All these bikes have sat unused for some time, I only ever rode the Specialized Tarmac Pro personally, all other pieces were bought solely for there collectability and rarity, each bike has been fully deep cleaned from top to bottom, they have not been serviced and have sat unused for years. As such they will require a service or check-up before riding, they may need the odd tweak here or there, they may need new break and gear cables, wheels truing and so on, any good bike shop can give them a once over for a small fee
This bike has some light patina marks here and there in the form of the odd tiny bit of cable rub or odd chip, it has some age so please expect it to reflect it, The bar tape will need changing

PAYMENTS
We accept payment via Bitcoin, Bitcoin cash, Ethereum, Bacs, Chaps, PayPal or Card, we would kindly ask that all items are paid for within 48 hours and collected within 7 working days, we can hold all paid items for 14 days free of charge, there after a £20 a week storage fee will apply. We have long term storage which is very economically priced, we are happy to hold stock for as long as needed providing it is arranged prior to the purchase
If sold items aren’t collected within three months and no arrangements have been made for long term storage you will forfeit the item and payment
CONDITION
Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description pertaining to the condition. Please also ask any questions before you bid and not after, all of our items are sold as seen and as listed
Royal House Antiques cannot be held liable for any independent assumptions made regarding the items we sell, if you are unsure on any point, please feel free to ask for clarity
Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade
IMPORT DUTY
Most countries charge some kind of import duty however almost all of our items won’t incur any charges as the items are exempt from tax due to the age and materials used
For European deliveries the price you will be quoted will include all clearance documentation and any customs charges so there won’t be any additional fees
For international deliveries such as the United States there can be some import duty to pay and or a clearance fee, I would estimate that 99% of all deliveries clear customs without being stopped for either
All duties are the responsibility of the purchaser who is the importer, they can’t be covered by the seller or shipping agent or factored in with additional retrospective discounts
RETURNS
Royal House Antiques offers a no quibble return policy if the item is not as described, if there are any issues with the piece you will be refunded in full once the item has been returned and inspected within 14 days, alternatively if there is a small issue, we can discuss finding a mutual resolution that makes all parties happy
We don’t offer a sale on approval service which means you can purchase the item, have it delivered and if you simply don’t like it, return it, this comes under change of mind or doesn’t fit. There is a lot of time, money and work involved in transporting goods around the world, the costs incurred can be vast so my advice would be if you are unsure on a piece please ask as many questions as you like to make sure you understand everything before you buy, if you are still unsure then please either arrange a viewing in person or if that’s not possible then don’t buy from an online retailer, perhaps look for a local gallery instead
